Happy New Year! (Again).
Perhaps you are the type that makes resolutions in January, or maybe that's not your move.
Regardless of what you planned or didn't plan for the year, it's kinda F'd up in a real way anyway.
Whatever thing you thought in the past or whatever your reality is now, we need to move forward.
The image of what 2020 was gonna be is shattered, but you know what doesn't have to be?
Our Growth.
We are still getting older, hopefully, wiser, and we are (thank goodness) still plowing through this year, so sitting still and (only) looking at Tiger King Meme's has got to stop.
Today, regardless of how INTENSE the rest of the world, I'm starting Intense 365.
This time I'm starting off with something simple:
5 min Fitness Daily.
Every single day (at least) 5 min workout.
We can get into it later, but it can be ANYTHING that will make your heart beat a Lil faster,
or your butt be a bit sore tomorrow.
Life right now = Stressful
This=Easy
What the hell happened here?
This sentence was repeated as I stepped on the scale last Sunday.

Read MoreBefore anyone opens their mouth to point out that McDonald’s sells salads and that restaurants can be even worse than a drive-thru,
I know.
I am not here to argue the merits of any of that,
because I don’t care and this isn’t court.
Read MoreThe truth of the matter was my last week or so was filled with an obscene amount of fast food.
Like gross levels.
