INTENSE 365 MONTH 1: Take 5 (min to Sweat-Daily)
5 min a day is less about a DRAMATIC fitness change,
then it is asserting some practice of structure in our life.
This modest start of 5 min a day is, ultimately a version of the
“first step” on a longer fitness journey.
If you’re already doing more then 35min a week on your own,
GREAT,
if not, well welcome to starting up something you can definitely manage.
Remember that the purpose is consistency, so even if you work out plenty throughout the week, don’t discount the validity of maintaining this as a constant; plus, even rest days aren’t really off days.
Also not to bring up the elephant in the room but:
This INTENSE365 is starting at arguably the most unpredictable and not to mention limiting time, thus wouldn’t we think that nailing downs something 100% sustainable is the way to go?
