INTENSE 365 Month 2: Shots! Shots! Shots (of water)!
New Month New Challenge. This time it's water.
For the why, the short answer is my skin is not looking as fly as it could. While I suspect it is more than just lack of water. I also know that I am not getting it in like I used to.
While I'm not here to judge "our" drinking problem, I am trying to get us better hydrated.
Thus, this month we are going back to basics and contributing to our bodies 70% water compositions (well sort of).
How much is up to you, but I am going to challenge you to get a container and drink that thing three or four times a day!
Ok, some quick conversions :
Now that we have some baseline figures, I got some bad news; in all honesty 8 glasses prob isn't enough,
If, however, you are really at NO water a day, start at the eight glasses, I’m not the water police. (FYI, eight glasses is about 2L see above).
Personally, I rock with about three bottles ranging from 20oz- 1L (1L is usually store-bought if I forgot my other 3 bottles).
While I used to down three to five no problem before, now I'm pushin’ around two.
Any way I slice it, I gotta up my game
(and I’m challenging you to do the same).
My daily goal from now till 335 days from today is four.
Four large containers of water may sound like a lot, and you will, in the beginning, forget till late in the day and down a couple real fast to catch up and feel like you look like this:
But even if you do, don't worry, you'll return to this soon enough
Prioritizing this daily will definitely disrupt my current chip schedule, but I'm looking forward to those calories I'm going to save.
