Previously proudly representing Brooklyn and now a Wilmington local, I'm a Pacific Northwest native who tries to see the grass and trees more often by incorporating outdoor workout exercises into my indoor regime.

I'm a certified  member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), considered the fitness industry's gold standard of nationally recognized certifications.

I design personalized programs that match your ability, lifestyle, and goals. We will work together to add to your strengths by challenging your weakness.
